Problem Posing
Modern technology multiple usages are impossible
without electrical power and high- frequently
electromagnetic emissions. In order electrical power
to be produced and divided, many apparatus,
electrical power transformation systems, electrical
centrals, high and low voltages links, transmission
lines, as well as household appliances, have been
created. This low-frequent network causes electrical
and magnetic fields, thus it has an electromagnetic

that transfer the information through transmissions.

telephones, which constantly emit electromagnetic
waves, even when they are not used.
These electromagnetic emissions, which intensity is
in everyday increase above allowed limit, at most
people cause nervousness, concentration problems,
headaches, insomnia, vitality loss, and lowered
physical and mental activity – typical symptoms of
electrical- stress. The epidemiological studies and
experimental researches have come to conclusion that
the electromagnetic fields and waves are harmful for
human health, even when they are in the frameworks
of the allowed limit.
